Please follow the parking instructions below for the easiest options.
Parking Instructions
Patients are encouraged to park in the FREE parking lot located on 110 W. Lombard Street (at the stoplight intersection with Hanover Street.)
If wheelchair access is required, we recommend parking in the underground garage at 36 S. Charles Street (see instructions in the section Marked Instructions for Parking at 36 S. Charles Street – noting this is a paid lot.)

Patients are encouraged to park in the FREE parking lot located on 110 W. Lombard Street (at the stoplight intersection with Hanover Street.)
The parking lot sign is green and reads “Contact- Free Affordable Daily & Monthly Parking” in white lettering. Patients are encouraged to park in sections 2C, 3D, and 3E.
Turn Right into the Lombard Street Garage at the stoplight, once you pass the underpass.
Drive straight into the lot and continue until you have to make a left. You will be in section 2 C. If 2C is full, proceed to 3D or 3E (instructions below)
Note: Document your parking spot, so you can easily locate your vehicle.
Follow the instructions below to enter the GTS Building from this parking lot.
After Taking a ticket, go straight, them make a left at the end. This will bring you to parking area 2C.
If you park in 2C, to get to the clinic, walk back in the direction you entered toward the parking entrance. Walk through the cut through, then turn right toward the way you entered the garage in your car.
Once outside the lot and on the sidewalk, make a left and walk to the corner of Charles and Lombard. And once you reach the corner, our entrance is to your left and up the stairs. Go up the stairs to the 2nd floor or take the elevators to the 2nd floor.
Once you parked in 3D, there will be a stairway nearby labeled “CHARLES STREET’ on an orange sign. This stairwell is in the nearby parking section, 3E. Take these stairs all the way to the top.
Once outside, make a right. Building 36 will be down the stairs and through the revolving doors ahead of you. Go up the stairs the 2nd floor or take the elevators.
Instructions for Parking at the Building Garage
- 36 South Charles Street Garage
Take the ramp at 36 S. Charles Street to enter the lower-level garage.
Note: This is a PAID lot. We do not encourage patients to use this lot. unless you require wheelchair access.
Follow the hallway near your parking space and take either Level G1 or G2 elevator to the MAIN LOBBY LEVEL. From the elevator follow the hallway right until you see the elevators. Take the elevator to 2nd Floor or if you prefer the stairs they are past the elevators and you will take the stairs up to the second floor.
